In this event, Ajit Monteiro, Co-Founder and CTO of One Six Solutions, led JEC members through the ins and outs of technology in his informative in-person seminar. He discussed his early career, including college and his first jobs, and then transitioned into his career today: technology consulting. He explained his motivation for breaking off and starting his own business, and delivered his take on when the right time to transition is in one’s career. Mr. Monteiro also provided helpful interview tips and networking advice, and members were grateful for his invaluable insight.
