In this event, Peter Lazor, Regional Director at JP Morgan Wealth Management, demonstrated how JEC members could use emotional intelligence to propel themselves into their desired careers. In an effort to depict the many opportunities and journeys in the financial industry, Mr. Lazor discussed his unconventional career path and explained the business decisions he made in depth. Members had plenty of time to ask questions, which led to insightful conversations about interviews, hiring, entrepreneurship, and confidence. Ultimately, Mr. Lazor advised students to take risks and not be afraid of steering away from the typical or expected path.
