Lurye is the Chief Risk Officer at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. and the former Chief Risk Officer and Chief Data Officer of Citadel LLC. He has broad experience driving strategic initiatives, portfolio construction, risk management, and big data innovations at leading US hedge funds.
Rogers is the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Operating Officer of Magnetar Capital. He has held leadership roles within fixed income, equity, quantitative investment and energy strategies and strives to implement transformational programs that produce organizational profitability and productivity.
Havdala is a managing director of Equity Group Investments and has worked with Sam Zell and his companies since 1990. In addition, she oversees the Zell Global Entrepreneurship Network. Before Equity Group, she was Executive Vice President at Equity International and Vice President of Scott Sports Group, Inc.
Amin is Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Magnetar Capital. She has experience working on initiatives across operational, business development, and investment functions with the goal of driving business forward and enhancing organizational efficiencies.
Lurye was the founder of the Junior Economic Club of Chicago. He studied and conducted research at Stanford University. He is now the founder and CEO of Kargo.
Oca is Director of Strategic Initiatives at 2112, Chicago’s first business incubator focused on the development of entrepreneurs in music, film/video and creative industry technology.
