Jody LaVoie, CEO of Female Strong and the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!), led a workshop on finding the warrior within yourself in the face of adversity. In 2014, the unthinkable happened. Jody’s husband, Founder and CEO of ArrowStream, was shot at work by a disgruntled employee. Attendees came to this webinar to hear about how she stepped in immediately to lead the company to a path of sustained profitability within 3 years. This workshop took place on Zoom for JEC members, and it was broadcasted on Youtube Live for non-members.
