Thank you to all that attended Transforming Industry Through Technology with Jason Birnbaum. At the event, Mr. Birnbaum, the Chief Information Officer at United, discussed his role at United and what it means to be a Chief Information Officer. He also discussed recent trends in technology related to the airline industry and the ways that he and his team are adapting to these changes. Finally, Mr. Birnbaum shared the methods he uses to cultivate a successful workplace culture, along with the ways that JEC members can prepare for careers in technology.
