Alden Richards, special advisor to both the undergraduate and graduate programs in entrepreneurship within Brown's School of Engineering as well as a lecturer in Yale College, came all the way to Chicago to teach JEC students about the fundamentals of being an entrepreneur. Founder of Space Machine Advisors, a company he started with $100k and later sold for $4 billion, the Junior Economic Club of Chicago was honored to have him as a guest. JEC members participated in a day-long workshop covering everything from the core elements of a startup and its team to how to successfully present a business.
