Jec’s EMbracing Diversity And Inclusion

Junior Economic Club of Chicago hosted its second of many Diversity and Inclusion events, which presented lessons on diversity, inclusion, and equity to all members of JEC. At this event, we heard from Cynthia Plouche, an experienced Independent Board Director with more than 25 years of experience as a Senior Investment Portfolio Manager. After hearing from Ms. Plouche, JEC members split into breakout rooms for interactive activities to connect with other members while also deepening their understanding of the importance of diversity.
